Cornerstone Christian School has been a leader in establishing a successful early childhood program during the most impressionable period of a child’s life.  The structure of our preschool classes provides a flexible first school experience where children begin to socialize and cooperate, in a group setting, under the supervision of an experienced Christian staff.  Cornerstone Christian School provides a program parents can have confidence in, and children can achieve at their maximum potential. 

Our quality program follows the accepted theory that preschool children learn best through experiences and involvement in which they learn a variety of social and physical skills.  The Pre-Kindergarten program is not a daycare but a structured environment preparing your child for Kindergarten.  Our caring, experienced staff provides the Pre-Kindergarten student with a stimulating environment and guides each child with the appropriate materials for the development of skills and creative expressions.

Our concrete, hands-on, multi-sensory, open-ended, developmentally appropriate program includes academic progress in math readiness, reading readiness, speaking skills, listening skills, work habits, social/emotional skills, and practical skills. 

Extra-curricular classes include:  Bible story time, Spanish readiness, creative art, music expression, computer lab, and science with activities.  Fine motor and gross motor skills are enhanced with a creative movement class, open play time, and recess.
